Hi Chuck: Looks like a blood bath. Street doesn't like the deal from either side. Actually may be good long term for both, especially Hyperion. Short term this dilutes ARSW earnings / growth and street is jumping. I don't know enough about Hyperion. I closed out just over a week ago when I mentioned CHKPF (also off). Looks like the whole software sector is starting to be creamed. Only golfed once over the weekend but am trying to incorporate it more into my schedule (I did shoot my handicap). Tim
