Whatever Farris.. I spent the whole weekend explaining Arbitage and the warrants have to be bought. If those warrants are not bought the common will never hold because people are going to short the common down and then exercise the warrants and this morning make $1.00 per share. The key is the warrants not the common the common will go but the warrants have to be bought. SO before anyone starts whining understand you have to have the warrants boughts and exercised ... Until then the common is going to arbitaged until the common and the warrants are equal. GB
