Well there is on hitch to the short sell ... If they arbitrage and the exercise takes a 30 day time frame ... those that are arbitraging are going have a serious problem. The will have to do a locate to get common to cover and their in not going to be any.

It is not a gloomy as people think. The short selling does have solid rules that are strictly held. Short selling is dangerous but once investors buy the warrants and exercise them then the float of the warrants is going to be reduced. compounded I believe that the time frame for the short position on ecercising could very well cost them a fortune.

See their is a right way and a wrong way. Most know this so shorting the common is dangerous regardless how you do it.
