Wally,

My prediction with regard to Pump & Dump are based on price move without any earnings reports. If the stock moves substantially up on Siemens alliance (that is no earnings data) the MM's games, day traders and press evaluations ("stinky stocks", etc..) factors will jump in. I might just ride the wave (trend) and do some day-trading on this one as well, but rather with small percentage of my position (10-30%). With more publicity we'll see higher volumes and more price change but the light at the end of the tunnel can be so strong that it is just question of making 1,000% or 2,000% and not loosing money. With good earnings report and at least average market the price just will go steady up. By the way bought some PNLK ("stinky stock") just for pure speculation and made already 50% since Friday. If FNTN reaches the visibility (news) of PNLK (I don't recommend to by this one) and later comes up with much better then expected earnings we can be looking at another AOL, MSFT.
I had worked for several financial firms (Fidelity, Charles Schwab) and would like to quote Miss Jan (two or three levels bellow Mr. Charles Schwab) that I have talked to several times - "I'm doing already 50% of my work on the Internet". That was last fall and I believe the number was 50% or very similar to it.
