left unsaid was that "....terms of the deal were not disclosed". Don't get me wrong, I hope that recognizing their inability to market effectively, and thus to make the decision to turn to a third party works out, but there is always a "cost" associated with such a move, and I hope it isn't too great. Who started the rumor that the purchase proceeds may be received in June rather than the fall?
