My inclination would be to watch this stock for 3-6 months and look at the charts to see where it levels out in price then buy. Then get in and hold on to see what happens as drugs move through trials. Very little downside to waiting 3-6 months, doubt any spectacular news in that interval. Tough question for holders of stock now is whether to unload now and take a loss and use the money elsewhere to regain, or hold longterm in hopes it may go back up. Been there before, glad I'm not now. If you look at biotech companies at this stage of development, I think it may be a long time before it goes back up. IMHO.
