There's a good article on Web Street and Joe and Avi Fox, founders, in most recent Forbes ASAP. Worth a read if you trade a lot or have a sizable account with these guys.

May have just been me, but I got the impression that they're pretty into image and marketing "stuff." They just expanded their suburban Chicago offices and the article made mention of all the men in dark suits type a thing. When Forbes did their writeup of SOES daytraders they showed the founders of Datek and Island Jeffrey Citron, Josh and Peter in jeans and t-shirts in a backdrop of wires and cables and servers. For the WebSt photo shoot, it looked like they were modeling their nice new office furniture and tailored suits, crisp cuffs and styled hair. I just got the impression that quality and speed of execution were not the top highest priority, but rather, an expansion of services, alliances and all the other touchy feely NON-trading stuff.

FWIW. Made me a little nervous.
