Well, 0% increase in share price even though positive news came out. A key reason could be a sell of 90,000 shares at around .37 near the end of the day.

I'm not the expert but my take is that when people buy stock they like to have a somewhat clear image, if only conceptual, of what they are buying into. At this stage, I suppose it's fair to say that MDIX doesn't have that. For example, is a new investor buying a company headed for a reverse split, a corporate buy out, or one that is good ol' fashioned business-as-usual (have a product, market a product, sell a product)?

Investor bucks and doubt don't mix well, eh? So MDIX managers, if you're reading this, what we need is a clear sense of the direction that lies ahead.

I don't know, but perhaps this is the kind of issue that will be addressed at the meeting on Friday...?

P.S. My personal opinion (but really only a guess) is that the company is gearing itself up for the "business-as-usual" approach. I don't think there's going to be a reverse split and I don't think another company is going to buy out MDIX. I think MDIX management is going to investigate those options, then find a way to put them aside. With distractions out of the way, MDIX will be business-as-usual with Cymedix as the star. My only point is that I hope the company announces when it is "offically" abandoning these other avenues so that we have a clear sense of what MDIX is doing.
