The Latest from the guys over at ALERTLINE

5/27/98

Good Morning from the Kohala coast,
I say that not to "rub it in" but, rather, to point out that as I mentioned yesterday, I am very limited as to what I can do to keep everybody happy from here. Virtually everytime Rob or try to go out of town, something significant happens.

We do have two significant things happening, #1 the broad market is selling off strong, this should come as no surprise; we went on record officially two weeks ago warning everyone about this. #2 Intergold released more results and none of you know how to interpret them. Here's what we need to remember when looking at this much anticipated report. Bateman supervised the ASSAY results and was comfortable with the ASSAY amounts in .14 range, they still are, the methods used to ASSAY showed .14, still do, always will, end of story. What Bateman then wanted and required the company to do was to apply a different RECOVERY method, in a small lab, applying more recognized industry RECOVERY methods, and produce good ol 99% pure gold. SO they did that, and what they released was the RECOVERY amounts FROM ONE HOLE, using these methods, which are not necessarily the same methods that they, or anyone else, would use on a large scale extraction plant that would be erected on the property when it goes into to production, by whom ever operates it.

The company felt an obligation to release SOMETHING to shareholders. We too, were guilty of getting impatient. People started comparing them to Bre-X and saying that Bateman reports would never come... SO the Company responded. Now they have to deal with people saying "yeah but those are low". LOW SCHMOW! These are still production grade results...

Whats Next?

I think that we will see the recovery results gradually move much , much closer to the assay results. I think we will see new interest in the stock and will start to see less games going on with the market makers. And heres one way you will see the stock go up quicker... Cancel your limit orders :> OR not, but I think to get out of everything now is throwing money down the drain. There is no doubt that the company has something there. Your fears should be allayed by the release of this report.

Thats all I can add for now.
