I can imagine he is excited, he can now sell 49,600,000 shares on the open market. He will not get away with this... I have a pretty good idea why he is out of the office.

Any how all those asking how can they afford to pay a settlement theres your answer.

If I had a dollar for every time that Jack has said "just wait, good things are about to happen", I might be able to make up for the loss so far on CVIA. <g>

Will he come through this time? I'm not holding my breath. Most likely there will be another release stating that everything is going to be wonderful and rosy (translated, give me more time, and please, no more lawsuits!).
