Gary posted that he had checked with the transfer agent and MIDL has done what they need to do on the paperwork end. Now the transfer agent must get it all in order, which, if I remember right, would not take too long.

Right now, as I understand it, you can convert the warrants today, the strike price being a dollar. The value here is they are going to reduce the strike price to .50 The $64,000 question is, when is the sec paperwork going to be done allowing us to convert for .50 plus what you paid for one share. From what I understand, you shouldn't even need to convert your shares when this happens, just trade the warrants, as the warrant price will rise to meet the common due to new, attractive warrant terms. When will the new terms be implemented?
Will the common hold/rise in price. These are the questions.
