I guess this answers my question (again, from Schwab), although, come to think of it, I'm not sure what "appropriate price" means...
"Due to ealier system problems on the CBOE, reports on executions may be delayed, If you placed a market order, please be assured you will receive an appropriate execution. If you placed a limit order that traded at or through your limit price, you will be filled at the appropriate price."

I don't know for sure. If your limit write (sell) order was passed (during the technical down time) they might fill the order at the new higher option price. You may luck out!
