Sajjad, Please reread your referenced post. It says that the broker said that the form would give you the option of requesting your cert OR disposing of the entire lot for $1.00. Where does it say that there is no TA to issue certs. FYI, my co-worker just received his cert last week. Of course he had to instruct his broker to make the request. Regards, AD

The TA was Florida Atlantic Transfer, Inc. of Tamarac, FL. Date issued May 9, 1998.
