**OT, Great. Hope to see you. Beverly Hills is as little as 1 1/2 hours or as long as three from San Diego. It just depends on which time of the day you're driving. The other option is to take the train. It's a nice 3 hour ride and from San Juan Capistrano south it's just beautiful, along the water the whole way. Let me know when and we'll see what's swimming by. seth
