Actually the latest issue of IDC, the June 5 issue, doesn't mention Cognicase but it sure is being accumulated by some heavy hitters, I've been accumulating now for last 4 months and will continue up to $30., the appreciation of this stock could go into the stratosphere as firms realize their legal liabilties and the extreme threat to their very survival, although really its a matter of too little too late for most large companies.
