Even if NSCP meets the .10 cents loss...that is still not good enough to warrant this stock being in the 20's...watch the market correct this stock some more tomorrow....the only way I see this stock being up tomorrow is if the company comes in with profits...and I don't see that happening...

Frank- you said >On the other hand, what is bad earnings, where are the earnings warnings, <

How much more warning do you need. for the last week and a half nscp has been giving back its gains from the run up. you know the street knows the the news way before you or I do. Granted with the drop so far prior to earnings maybe nscp won't bleed so badly tomorrow with the poor earnings news. Don't forget they'll be reporting for four months not three.

>Also, I agree with you the stock is not justified on recent financials. The previous numbers suck, but change the model, change the focus, change the marketing, and you've got a whole new business.<

Just because they made the announcement of their plans it doesn't make it so, It will take a time. Why should I pay a premium for the stock post announcement? they are no different than they were the day before. If you want to pay for the future prospects of the company then do so, but If I feel a better buying opportunity (post internet stock euphoria and earnings) will avail that's my opinion. I guess you could say I'm timing my trades.

>Anyway, you might be right, my numbers/contacts suggest earnings will not disappoint.<

I don't understand technical analysis that well and don't have any contacts that I call. I don't maintain a full service brokerage account just so I can call for advise. I just use my research tools and pc and do my dd, this has worked well for me. call it what you want it's still gut, instinct, feeling, gamble some even call it investing. good luck in your investing.
