I believe the MIDL common must trade above $ 2.50 for 10 consecutive days before the warrants can be called. Then, public notice must be given to call them, I assume a PR or letter in the mail to shareholders, and you have 30 DAYS to exercise the warrants by paying $ 0.50 per warrant held for one share of MIDL common. Or you can always just sell the warrants on the open market at anytime.

Just found out that the 5/18 press release re: P's & W's does not show up on my local broker's (FAHN -not web) terminal anywhere. My guess is that alot of the MM's aren't even aware yet. I just FAXed him a copy. Last train out for the P's and they're at the airport. LOL
