KAA:

Would that be the 50 million? That should have been divided by the reverse split as well, so it should only double the float. The next reg S should really help us out. Maybe another reverse split would be good, Jack must be so excited, so many possibilities....

Answer this...

Who wants to buy Reg S shares with reverse splits, further dilutions, more Reg S possibilities...

Are people waiting in line to throw away thier money???

Geez!

well whatever they did, is done, but I dont think they are going to get much of a response or an opportunity to sell off any shares, since the spread is higher than the stock is worth.

No one in their right mind would buy in at 4 7/8 while the bid is 2

This is a joke.

Sorry for those of you who invested heavily.

PZ

I'm not clear on a couple of things.

With the bid/ask being

$2.00/$4.50

is that with the 300/1 split? or different figures?

if no split had occured, what would be price be with the present bid/ask.

thanks,
