Reggie, thanks for the honest response. I am still perplexed as to why the DOJ's and States' action could be seen as anti competitive. Isn't the intent to ensure a level playing field so that true competition can flourish and budding entrepreneurs have a chance to succeed. As I see it, sometimes one has to fight a war to preserve freedom for all (even if it means restricting the freedom of the "oppressor")... and this is one of those occasions.
