I feel that they are necessary risk statements always seen in documents such as a 10K. The company is required to submit all possible risks related to the stock. As for the loan, quite possibly they needed to infuse capital in the company, why look elsewhere when you have the capital yourself. My parents have loaned money to their own business several times. It allows for the company to receive a loan and then the interest is accumulated by the owner. I feel that this in no way is suspicious. The company is right on track for paying off it's loan. At the current rate it should be paid off later this year. I know BB stocks are all possible scams, but I have people in the industry checking this one out. At least to put my mind at rest, I will post whatever I can find.

<<<I tell you what Zebra 365 why don't you tell everyone what your real name is? How about your friend's name if you really have one? Then tell us why we should care what you think about what is said in the 10KSB which I have posted URL's for twice on this thread so anyone can read it. Here it is one more time:

sec.gov.

I'm concerned. Do you have a problem with me or CLCK or both?

Nice try on the misinformation front but both time, news and subsequent posts of mine will deflate your lies and half truths when it comes to CLCK.>>>

So Jeffrey, you respond to a challenge on the stock with an ad hominum attack, and call it a defense of your investment position? I also gave the E-mail address of the author of that post, with whom you have already made contact.

Have a care Jeffrey, everything I wrote in my post was true, if you tell lies about me I will tell the truth about you.

Do you happen to know who is the author of this little gem?

<<< 8.) Once again feel free to buy or sell any recommended stock whenever you like. Even though Brenda and I are long term holders of these stocks there will come a day that we too will be selling and we won't be saying today is the day because sooner or later that would just cause panic selling in a stock. I want everyone to have the opportunity to make as much money as possible off the investment suggestions and that will not happen if too much fear is present.>>>

When I state my position in a stock, it is the truth. And I don't have an E-Mail group to get them to buy a stock with a thin float, and then bail without telling them.

I don't have a problem with you or CLCK, as I said, I was just passing on a post. I have no interest in this stock long or short.

Good luck in your investing.
