It does seem that ESVS has widened its pool. Right now, ESVS shareholders are the happy swimmers. We're not in it yet till the merger. Now a larger question looms. What, ultimately, does this mean when we jump into the ESVS pool?

Should we, all at once, call investor relations?

What this does for ZULU share holders .First ill state the obvious Zulu {us} now own twice the amount of
shares in ESVS that we did..Second down the road our conversion will be helped This gives us a better
ratio in the merged company{ fewer of our shares to make up the new share}Third this gives ESVS more
shares to trade with on the open market and more people to hear about ZULU and the merger to come.

Why would your shares double? Do you own ESVS stock?

If you DO own ESVS stock, you will have twice as many shares tomorrow, at half the price.

I'm not sure why they want to tempt fate like this, and risk yet ANOTHER way of losing their NASDAQ listing... (Should it drop below $1)
