I don't see massive cost overruns on newbuilds except for conversions. These conversion projects are becoming more costly than expected...except those done by FGII.

Other newbuilds seem to be going pretty good.

There are a variety of reasons why there are costs overruns. In most cases the owner requests changes that were not anticipated.

I don't see this a big issue for most companies. SME is an exception for very specific circumstances related to those units.
