Taylor is being paid by BCMD. Is this the sign of a healthy, legitimate company?

BRUSH CREEK COMPENSATION. - I have agreed to
work as a paid consultant for Brush Creek Mining for one
year in exchange for a fee of $5,000 plus stock warrants
or options also valued at $5,000. Accordingly, I will
make news on this company available to you as well as
my investment views from time to time in this hotline
forum. As part of my contract with Brush Creek, I will
have the right to back away or discontinue my consulting
arrangement from this company if, for any reason, I find
that I can no longer support this company in good
conscience. In that event, I would be obligated to return
the unearned portion of the cash compensation to the
company.

Frank, what's on Taylor's web site is NOT the same as what I have. I assume it is HIS report to his subscribers. As I said before, 4 pages of tiny print. Maybe someone with a scanner can scan their copy and post it on the boards.
