There is supposedly a short service which has reccommended a short of AFCI based on Q1 growth of A/R. They are going strictly by the reported number and have not bothered to figure out why the A/R has done what it has... Why now and not after Q1 was reported is not clear... The balance sheet did look poor last quarter. If they are having trouble getting their int'l customers to pay, then the stock deserves to go down. AFCI has international customers and payments are less secure than a domestic equipment provider. Whether the A/R stretch matters to Q2 is the ultimate question. I don't know the answer but my inclination is to play the odds and believe AFCI's excellent managment team can manage around it. AFCI is not without a considerable amount of risk however.

Good luck.
