Wes. Thought I might share some news I have. I doubt you hear from Joe V. any time soon. If I were in his shoes, (thank God, I'm not) I would be getting prepared for the legal battle of my life! This isn't going to be very pretty! Poor Joe V. didn't think this one through very well. I'm sure he thought he could pull one over Lanza's eyes since Lanza isn't exactly a PRO at keeping records and other documents in a real neat and tidy order! But, one thing poor little Joe V. forgot is, he wasn't exactly the most well-liked guy in the office by a certain group of people. Not remembering that, someone else had already done the ground work because they had predicted this little "episode" to the sitcom would occur!! Based on that, that person delivered to the attorney's today, and BOY OH BOY!! were those attorneys thanking the carpet this great individual walks on!! I saw it before my eyes and was it ever something! Talk about having the dirt......If there is a God, it was certainly watching over Lanza today! I have to wonder if Joe V. told his counsel everything. If I were rolling the dice on this one, I would say not. When a new Board takes control, this company will be doing what this Board failed to do. It won't be long now! The sad thing about this whole episode is Joe V. has burned his bridge and that poor boy has no where to go......well maybe there is one place, but it is best we don't get into that. So hang in there Wes.......and don't forget, Who loves you baby! Later.

Wes, Where are you coming from? Let's talk about the deal. I did have a letter of intent, but people in Texas got Sprint back up and Sprint blew the deal apart to leave the president of the company hung up on me. So, when I was in Texas, the cash and the free tech help was off the table. So Wes, get your facts straight. You might want to believe in the worst of me, but keep in mind who has put their money and time in. Usually, that person is not the bad guy. To get the record straight again, I started buying stock from October 5 all the way down on borrowed money. I was forced to sell some shares at $.18-$.15 to pay the man off. I lost about $30,000 on that move, just trying to be a "team player." You see, Danny never called me to tell me what Truher told him that a large block of stock was going to hit the market, that was Truher and friends, and Proctor. So take your misguided information and watch the source. Oh, by the way, I sold in Febuary, and started to replace the position at $.18-$.21. How am I doing so far in getting rich on all this supposed "inside information?" Get the facts Wes. Lanza

Wes, Have you lost it? I have not put any pressure on. I am not burning up the airwaves. I am like the rest of you, I have heard nothing from Joe V. I have mainly heard rumors. I have been reading your "full court press" of B.S. concerning me. Keep in mind Wes, I have a lot of money invested. I hear rumors; if some of these rumors are true, then "Katie bar the door." This moment in itself should show that Joe V. has always been his own man, and the Board has always been with Joe V. I have to admit that I have some viewpoints which are different from Joe V's. Lanza PS- I have not accepted any deal from Dennis Casey, because there has been deal, to my knowledge, presented. Secondly, who am I to accept anything. I do not have 51% of the company, and I am not an affiliate or a director, as you are aware. So stop the BS smear. Sorry Wes, I am not an insider, and, again, you are getting the wrong information.
