I hear the frustration talking, maybe you own shares you bought
above this level (I own some at $3.75 myself and I sure others have
bought even higher at times) or whatever but I can't share your
perspective that we are going no where at this time.

James,

No, I didn't say we were going no where
collectively as a company.
To be fair the $1.37 was a great entry
point and we have improved
in price in the past 30 days,
but that was when DCTC really
tanked. Here are the numbers back
from November when all the wave,
conversation was being implemented. I'm
basing my stagnation comments on the average
stock price since all these acquisition
plans have been in process. Based on the
stock movement as an indicator since then,
(as a shareholder) it's really averaged out
in a tepid manner for any longer term holder.

Frustration? A little of course. Frustration
was invented for a reason. <GGG> I still
believe we'll be over $4 in (I hope) not too
long.
Please know that I too am looking
forward to being sockless as long as that
isn't a requisite for being shoeless. <g>

Onward,

George
