By the way, Netscape is not a looser, they have the dominant share of the market place. Microsoft is the looser who is crying because they are not allowed to cheat to win.

Sooo, why does Netscape need the DOJ's help then?

What are you argue this "INNOVIATION" about ? Who cares who is innovating or who is not ? The most important thing is who is the loser and who is the winner. That is the solid fact !!!! Can you stop this " WHO IS INNOVATING AND WHO IS NOT INNOVATING " argument. This is not important at all and it is very childish to be on and on about this subject.
