George, I don't think that it's fair to compare the period from about Nov. 97- early April 97 during which 3.5-4 million CC shares were sold to any other period in DCI's history because those were not "normal" times. I think that our average daily volume was only about 50K/day back in Nov. and we were having to absorb on average about 40,000 shares a day of selling for the next several months??? It only stands to reason which direction DCTC was headed during that period..down! It is very fortunate that the company was kind enough to step in to help us in absorbing some of those shares and that many DCI shareholders looked upon those prices as an opportunity to add to their positions. I chose the 4/28 date mostly because it represented a time period close to the end of the CC selling and appears to be the beginning of a recovery. Your perspective is different from my own and that's ok with me.
