Thread (sorry, Jeff):

I've been shopping for a re-finance mortgage on my home for several months. I just submitted an on-line application at NTBK. I've tried several, and so far they have the best on-line application and some of the best pricing I've seen to date. Closing costs seem reasonable and non-usurious. No hidden agendas, is what it feels like.

As a shareholder, one of the things I really like is that they charge $14.99 up front (via credit card) to get a credit report on me. I think that might really help separate the likely customers from the tire-kickers, not to mention mitigating application costs.

The operation does appear quite professional to me. Just thought I'd let you know.

Peter

I wonder how big the block was...I talked about this with several guys with that kinda of fire power. If they are in they would post sooner of later...

In the mean time on a TA basis...this is right at a turn up point. If that holds in this market who knows...and that might have more to do with it than anything. Big average size trades today, 68 total trades average size over 3700 shares...some big boys for sure.

Yes, big block purchased it appears. I never know if a high volume spike during the day is a big SELL or a big BUY. It coincided with a spike in the share price, so I assume it was a huge BUY.
