Dear Mr. Bard,

I stumbled across this stock and hence, your research on it as well. You have done an admirable job. Since I am not a trader, but look for good risk vs reward ratios on under-followed stocks with a kicker thrown in, I just picked up some MIDLP. Where is the negative on this discount? If this thing gets picked up by Exxon or someone else, why is this not a MUCH better deal than MIDL? Let me know if I am missing something here?
