A poll tax is irrelevant to my proposal as your display reveals. I proposed a knowledge test, which would effectively bar those, like yourself, who are functionally ignorant. Ok, since its clear you don't know what you're talking about, I will provide it to you: Under the guise of a poll tax, whites were able to prevent blacks from voting by forcing them to take a "knowledge test." Your belief that those who disagree with you are not qualified to vote makes it clear you do not agree with a democracy. Pretty sad. Dragonfly
