OK here's the scoop, I have lot of moves to make by 4:00 so all I'll say is that I spoke with Joe Gort for 15 minutes and I don't have enough shares of EDII. Very good things coming soon. I will elaborate more after close, get a few more b 4 4:00.

Dave, been watching EDII all day. Your caution is well founded. Price had been stuck in .50 area over last 1.5 million shares traded. IMO not a very good sign given what has been pre-announced. I see this as a pure gamble. May gap on additional news BUT...... My itchy finger hasn't pulled the trigger yet. John
