What does this company actually do? What is the news everyone is awaiting? Why is it selling for .50 if the assets are worth $2.32? Do they actually own the oil and gas properties or do they have an option to acquire them? Has anyone ever seen a balance sheet and P&L? These are questions that I have not been able to answer after reading some 200 posts to this board. This is NOT a negative statement, nor have I any hidden agenda, rather I am an investor who takes a flier on a penny stock from time to time and ran across this thread. If I think there's something here I'll buy in. If not, you won't hear from me again. Best wishes to all.
