Gary, From the drift of this article it sounds like the future for OTXT could be quite promising. As in all leading-edge applications, implementation execution and executive buy-in appears critical. Do you know how OTXT handles these crucial post-sales issues? Do they use VARS? Is it dependent on internal customer staff?
