Micny,
Nope, but here is something interesting, PCNI has s*it the bed, and they are a hard target for potential biz. Think about it.
MDIX now has East West coverage in sales.
I see it as a no brainer.
Sorry I don't get into the windy MG & Mike posts, I like to lay near the ground.

Once again, I catch myself saying the same thing to the same people:

Back in April, micny, I posted a response to you regarding the patent issue. I will paraphrase that with some additional comments.

First of all, the purpose of a patent is to receive protection for something that you have created that is all your own.

In October of 1997, Cymedix filed with the US Patent Office a request for patents on its encryption, electronic medical record, universal interface, and the entire system as a communication loop. That's four different patents.

The Company is currently waiting for comments from the Patent Office. When those are received, they will respond to questions that are asked. Following that, the comments and patents are posted for public challenge. After that, the patents are usually granted in approximately 30 days.

This could all come about as early as October, but more likely it will happen in early 1999.

The reason for the time lapse is largely due to an understaffed Patent Office.

As I read these posts, I see attacks on people who attempt to share information. I see doubts on the company. Mike has not attempted to deceive anyone....nor have I, nor anyone else.

People, its time to get a grip. Have you lost faith in our company? If so, then sell. And remember that its dangerous for some to daytrade stocks such as this. This isn't a daytrading kind of stock and never was.

If you don't believe the validity of the patent issue, then get off your hindsight and call the US Patent Office in Washington DC. There you can double check everything and get back to the board. But wear your bulletproof vest, because you most likely will get shot.

Mary

And what are you implying with your comment about what the company had to give up for the marketing arrangements. People of that caliber don't get involved with products and companies they don't believe in. They don't have the time or resources.

micny...

I believe, oh worldly sir, a company that has filed a patent enjoys all the rights of patent protection, during its prosecution of the patent art. But it appears that you know far more about patents than I. Tell me micny, what is your take on this. Lemme guess.... you feel this board has conspired with space aliens and lied to you about the state of MDIX patents.
