First off Abacus is drilling Phase II of their program at La Manchuria. In the first phase they hit 58 metres avg. 6.53 g/t AU. This is incredibly HUGE news to itself. However, the Phase II drilling is half way completed and the results from the first assays of Phase II are on route to be announced. Although we cannot obviously mention our source, we believe them to be completely accurate with information to date. This being the case, we have been informed that the second Phase early assays are phenomenal. We have invested in AMC for quite some time now, and did not sell into their latest run, and plan to not sell into this upcoming run. We feel that a realistic price for AMC, going by what we know to date is roughly $1.35/share. The reason why the stock is solid in the .50 cent range now, ruling out the obvious, is the fact that a financing of $3,000,000 U.S. is to be announced within the next two days. This will give great stability in the stock price and create the backbone for it to appreciate substantially over the next week or so. One more note these drilling results are anticipated Thursday for the Gold Show, however they might not release the official annoucement until monday. The reason for this, being that the assays go through their Vancouver office, then over to the President at the gold show, then back to Vancouver to be released via the news wire. We hope this helps those that are interested, as it is great receiving news before the general public. This is also the only place we have posted, as we feel that this forum has the most knowledgeable and aggressive traders.
