I see a high of .12 as well Barbara. The only place I see a .14 is the asked. Yes, I'd make a big fuss if I were you.

I also got filled at .14 through Waterhouse at 3:59. I put a market order in because I was afraid of getting shut out by placing the order at 7/64 which is just under .11. The damn MM's will get you every time. You would think the order would get placed at the ask but it never does. The MM's move the ask up to .14, take the order and then drop down for the next trade. Makes you wonder how it can be legal? But for now it is. I am beginning to see why discount brokers cost me money long term. The choice is get out of pennies or pay the price of a full service broker. eom
