Thank you, Bry. What we have to understand is that market is offered by market makers, trading desks and clearing houses. Investors do get their orders matched at times, but most of the trades are one sided. Because market makers have only so much capacity to trade. And since they do not know ahead of time, how many buy and sell orders, they have to limit the size of each trade. Each market maker has his own size limits.
