Steve,

Do you know if MM's are precluded from trading a stock if their respective firms are putting together a merger deal? Specifically, ARSW and HYSW announced a merger a couple days ago. It's my understanding that GSCO and MSCO are doing the deal. Both of them have not shown up on Level II in ARSW since the merger was announced.

Second, if they can't trade while the deal is put together how do their clients get into or out of the stock.

Dave

Steve:

Here's a question to which I'm having difficulty getting an answer.

Banyan Healthcare Services (BANH) is a bulletin board stock with no SEC filings. Upon calling the company, they said they are a non-reporting entity.

What does that mean? Is this legal and proper? Any tips on getting more info. The SEC hasn't answered my email of two days ago yet. They're probably very busy!

Thanks in advance.
