Update on MINE news: 1) The geological report is still being translated from Spanish to English. This is a long technical document that has to be flawless. Don't expect it until next week at the earliest. 2) Hopefully the 10K will be out this week. 3) To my surprise, 89M fully diluted shares out, 28-29M floating. I expected a lot more. 4) Re the $250,000 convertible debenture: restricted shares, convertible at the holder's election at market price. 5) And now for the blockbuster! Golden Eagle now owns 100% of the property! I don't have any further details but have several questions. Number one is how did they get 100% of the property without issuing more shares? They don't have the money. For the necessary DD, phone Sabrina at the office tomorrow and please post verification of the info and any other info you deem important.
