Freeus, I don't think more debt is a problem for N. I don't know where Klein gets his information, but I heard the CEO with my own ears say they had enough funds until late 1999.

However, the situation in Indonesia could be part of the reason for the recent decline. Nexel spent 400,000 million for licenses to operate in Indonesia, and because of the political turmoil, the buildout is on hold.

I don't believe this caused the big sell off, but maybe it helped. Who knows? Maybe it's just a fickle market.
