I picked up the phone this afternoon and called Patterson Travis Securities. I spoke with Mr. David Travis. I told him about some of the posts on SI and asked if I might have his e-mail address to pass some posts along. I requested that he e-mail a reply at his convenience. This evening, it arrived. What a great post this will be. I think I'm going to print it, frame it and hang it on my wall. Here it is in almost it's entirety. I've remove some of the words used to describe certain questionable people posting on this BB. They are the same people that I've referred to in recent posts as being less than accurate. I'll leave it up to your imagination to fill in the blanks. Mr. Travis will be an excellent connection as things unfold for AENG.

Mr. Cummins,
I was called by a number of people regarding what is being said on the
Silicon Investor Board. I was sent copies of many of the posts and based on
what I know as the FACTS, find these posts very enlightening. I will
give some of you credit for being very astute as to what is happening.
Let me take off my professional hat and put on my street hat so that I may reply
to the individual that is placing some out right lies in hopes of getting
shareholders to panic and sell. I can attest to the fact that Mr.
Bailey has not freed up one share of stock. As for the Travis family,
what the hell does this _____, _____for the short seller know? I
can tell you this, we collectively own more shares of AENG today
than we did before.

Let me give you some background as I personally have been in the
trenches on this battle with the short seller. Short selling is not
bad. There are a lot of worthless companies that deserve to be
shorted. But once you fail to achieve your goal of knocking down a
stock you're shorting, it's going beyond the line when you bring in a
_____, _____ like Goldfinger to do or say anything to TRY to achieve your
goal. Ask Goldy about the short squeeze on IBUY. Is it coincidence
that Goldfinger was the _____ on that board saying to short the stock?
The stock that the shorts took a stand at $14 and got bought in at
$39. Goldy was right there trying to do the same thing for the
shorts. A trader from a large company told me about Goldy and IBUY. Also, he
said his firm was positioning in AENG and would be joining us on the
bid after they initiated a position. Ask Goldy about someone
claiming to write a story named Chris Byron(? on the last name). His
number was given as 203-222-0650. Mr. Bailey remembers specifically
mentioning Forestec (the old company Mr. Bailey was in) to him. According to Mr. Bailey, that is the first time that name has come up in over a year. So who else but a plant
for the short sellers and a "reporter" for hire could have put that in his post?

As for the corporate holders that freed up stock, they did so at my
urging. Even at 2.5 million, this is a small float for large
investors. The company needs more free trading shares to attract the
large institutional investors that have indicated they would like to
take a position, if the float wasn't so small. The corporate holders reluctantly agreed
or else the float would still be below 2MM. Even now I am trying to get
them to free up more shares to accommodate some large investor interest, with
no luck I might add.

Now, about those retail short sellers. It is against
the law to short AENG in a retail account. Please be my guest and call the NASD and ask if a retail account can short a nonmarginable BB stock. Any firm doing so will be
in violation. And who is Goldy kidding? In my opinion, if he isn't working full
time for a short selling brokerage firm, he's being paid to act as a
front. Only someone from this business, usually from the trading side,
would use the term "print" when making reference to an order execution.

Please let Mr. Goldy know that Mr. Shelby is quite aware of his
own ACTIVE role in AENG and it was told to the SEC today. You see one
of the final acts of an unethical short selling firm is to try to get
the SEC to halt trading in a stock. It works if the company is
fraudulent. Even a ____brokerage house can get a halt in a bad
deal. Goldy, your _____house failed. The SEC called Mr. Shelby
and he confirmed everything they asked as the ABSOLUTE TRUTH! Now
Goldy, what happens to a _____house when their lies, or liars
for hire, are found to be just that by the SEC? Speak of a tarnished
image! You see Goldy, I agree with Mr. Shelby when he says that
this engine will revolutionize the engine industry. I am on the bid
buying AENG. I must say I have received a lot of support from a
number of substantial investors and some much larger firms.

Is AENG taking this sitting down? Don't think so! There are a number
of major corporations in discussions with AENG. I have made the
suggestion to the company to put a clause in any agreement precluding
any investment banking or corporate relationships with a particular
junior firm trying to act respectable in the corporate finance arena.
When it comes to either having the engine or doing business with a
particular firm I know how I would go. So, have the trading room pass
that up to the ivory tower, which by the way did not know of this
matter. I think they will be made aware of it before the end of the trading day
tomorrow.

So Goldy, are you going to tell us who you work for or are being
paid by? Was it you that tried to get the SEC to halt the stock? Is
the SEC watching this Board? (The answer to the last question is yes, because I told them
about it today.)

As for the status of the marketplace, I will give everybody a chance
to see for themselves. AENG has ordered the DTC sheets for the stock.
This gives all the positions, long and short, for each firm. Greg,
if you will send me your FAX # I will FAX you the copies and you can
post them for all to see. Patterson Travis, Inc. has nothing to hide.

Well Goldy, you know who I am, where I work and where I stand. I
don't hide. Call me, identify your real self, let us know who you
work for or are being paid by. For once in your life step out of the
_____ _____ and be a man.

Greg, you can print all or portions of this. I ask that you eliminate
the email address. I am also making arrangements so that you can
speak directly with Mr. Shelby to hear and report back the truth.
Something that _____ hasn't a clue about, the truth that is. See
you all in the market tomorrow.

Regards,

David Travis
President

I love this!

If you'd like to pass along a few questions for Mr. Shelby, I'll be happy to ask.

Best of Luck, Greg

I go away for a day and what happens? Just kidding! Haven't had a chance to read today's posts yet, but I'm sure there'll be no discontent. <G> Maybe I'll read them tomorrow.

I found this in my mail box and just had to post it. Once again, it's e-mail from David Travis and directed to Auric. I didn't edit out any names this time. Here it is.....

Greg, please remove my e-mail address and post this to SI.

Like most working people, I don't have a lot of time to be responding
to garbage like Goldy. However, when this liar attacks my honesty and integrity, I need to respond. I received his article by FAX and would like to propose something. Goldy represents he is some kind of big time investor so he must therefore have money. I would like to give Goldy the opportunity to earn more money.

Proposal 1.

Goldy and I will have an honesty contest. The entry fee is $500,000 each. The winner of the contest takes home his opponents entry fee as well as his own. Here's the contest. We'll have the three companies Goldy claims Mr. Bailey owns reviewed by an independent expert. If that expert determines Mr. Bailey is owner, OR EVEN A SHAREHOLDER of any of them,
Goldy gets my $500,000. Conversely, if it is proven he is not, I get
to keep his. Ready to stand by your statements Goldy?

Proposal 2.

You claim I have some kind of relationship with MXXX and VENT. Tell me what that is? I had to look up the MMID to find out who MXXX was. Anyway, again I will match your $500,000 on this one also. Again, an independent expert can come into my office in CO and look for a business relationship the CO office has with these two firms other than an occasional trade in stocks as market makers, and not in AENG.
I doubt I have even done a trade in AENG with either. So here is
another chance to win big. At my age I can't think real far back so
let's say I make available all my records for the last year. Should
be more than sufficient because AENG has only been trading for five
months and you infer our relationship is tied to AENG. You
substantiate that I have some type of working relationship, outside of an occasional trade, and you keep my $500,000 entry fee. If it is determined we do not have any such "relationship" your entry fee is mine. One last point,
you need to define this relationship you allude to in your dishonest statements. I want to make a point that my denial of any relationship with these firms in no way passes a judgement on these firms. I have no relationship with these firms and that's just a matter of fact. However, you seem to infer that a relationship with them would be something negative. So, why don't you slither out of your hole and tell us what you know about these firms.

Then you list a small portion of the stocks that traders at my firm trade.
HDWY, formerly AFGL, my NY office only has been positioning that
stock since it was $2. Or TGSI, where was that trading over the past
two years. Then there is ORTC, a unit IPO we did that is up over five
times ( Might want to ask Mr. Soros about this one) You missed GTAX, a unit IPO that we did @ $4 per unit. I think it trades at the
equivalent of $70 a unit now. Aside from that, what is the point of
this list of a small portion of stocks that various traders at the
firm trade? We are in and out of different stocks all the time.
That's what traders do, trade stocks. Again, what's your point?

Then you state Mr. Shelby has no idea how his name is being used. How do you know? I talk to Carroll several times a day and at night. He has no clue who you are. I'm assuming you are not such a coward to be entering these articles under a false name. I take that back,
reading your lies tells me you are just that kind of coward. Back to
Carroll. He asked, "who is this fool"? He has stated that the OX2
engine has probably added 20 years to his life. He says he must have
seen thousands of engine demonstrations and this is the first one he
hasn't wasted his time at. He has already hired half his engineering
team and has a prototype transmission selected. Today, he gave me his
time line for rolling out the first car. A lot shorter than I ever
imagined. AENG's problem is trying to keep Carrol toned down when he speaks about the engine. He also wonders how some of the experts on this board can question whether he did a proper analysis on this engine. He's been around the engine more than anyone else. Also, how can some of you state the OX2 can't do this or that or something else is a problem? You don't know how it works and he wonders how you can say it doesn't work. The technology is not like anything else out there. At first, he was very skeptical like many of you. Having been around the engine, he knows it works. Yet, some of you are in essence saying Carroll Shelby doesn't know what he's talking about. Get a clue guys! Shelby's mind is brilliant, especially regarding mechanical design. Remember who has seen the engine and who hasn't.

Now, back to you Goldy. Instead of being a liar and a coward, come out from behind that rock. Tell us who you really are and who you really
work for. What are your ties to the brokerage firm that you like to post for? By the way, AENG thought my idea was acceptable. Every contract signed will have a clause that the company signing with AENG cannot have any relationship with any of the firms on the list I provided to AENG.

So, Goldy want to make some money and back up the lies you have been
putting out? Stand up like a man for once and take my propositions.
I'm calling you a liar. Prove to everybody I'm wrong! Come out
in the day light and let's see who you really are.

One last thing you moron, I have been the high bid on this stock
probably 99% of the time. Who do you think has been buying at these
levels? The more shares I have the better. I will make a
ton of money on these shares. What this company has and what it is
working on is unbelievable. The companies I can see signing deals
with AENG will read like a who's who of industry. Unfortunately,
those will be the same companies that will not do business with
certain firm's. Especially the one that is paying you.

Well, it's 9 PM in CO and I still have work to do.

Ciao,

David Travis
