Shares of supply-chain software management concern can't catch a break and continue to trade lower after it warned late Thursday that its fiscal Q1 results would come up short of market expectations. In fact, the company said that it expected to record an operating loss in the period, significantly different from the profit of $0.13 a share that Wall Street had anticipated. In the aftermath of the dismal outlook for the Q1, the stock has lost more than 60% of its value in three days and, given the lack of rebound noted so far today, this issue is very much unraveling. In fact, with today's downward drift, the stock is trading at a new 52-week low on good volume. The lack of support that this issue has received after its major price collapse of Friday suggests that its problems are more fundamental than just not closing the sales that had been anticipated late this quarter. With the quarter being back-loaded, some sales are typically not closed until the very last day of the month. But, while any sales that are not posted in the current quarter are likely to boost sales in the subsequent quarter, the price behavior of late suggests that the momentum going forward is not as strong as might have been anticipated. And the current tone of the market is certainly not helping the situation. Guys, we are in Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep sh*t Management, obviously wasn't telling the thruth ...
