Couldn't agree more - OPEC put the kibosh on oil prices when they increased output in the face of a major economic slowdown in Asia. Idiots.

Guess everyone forgot about this, since oil is almost worthless, there are no bidders

15. LOUISIANA: Bids are due June 10 for Louisiana's June Lease Sale. The sale includes all or portions of 32 offshore
blocks in the West Cameron, Eugene Island, South Timbalier and Bay Marchand areas. Bids are due July 7 for acreage
available in the state's July Lease Sale. The sale includes all or portions of 26 offshore tracts in the Sabine Pass, West
Cameron, Eugene Island, Ship Shoal and West Delta areas.

Louisiana awarded exploration rights to portions of 13 blocks in its April Lease Sale. Cheniere Energy was high bidder on
portions of West Cameron Blocks 16 and 49; I.P. Petroleum was high bidder on portions of Sabine Pass Blocks 2, 3,and 4,
and West Cameron Block 49; Seneca Resources was high bidder on a portion of Sabine Pass Block 4; Zydeco Exploration
was high bidder on a portion of West Cameron Block 13; SKH Energy was high bidder on a portion of East Cameron Block
17; Alpha Land Services was high bidder on a portion of West Delta Blocks 1, 12 and 13; and LL&E and Texas Meridian
teamed to place the high bid on a portion of East Cameron Block 18.
