While Netscape has a lead, that lead is erroding quickly due to this anti-competitive behavior (rather than being due to microsoft competing effectively). I don't think this is true. In the past, say, 12 months, how many people have downloaded IE4 and how many have downloaded Navigator? This is the true measure of people choosing their browser, not having it given to them in the OS(Microsoft) or as part of their ISP signup (Netscape). Look at these numbers, and you'll see Netscape's marketshare eroding, not because the browser was pushed on them but because people chose it.
