This stock is such a piece of SH**T I wonder why I bought it and hold it.

Management seems to not care wheather the stock trades at 0.02 or $50.

How does WDS expect to buy ownership in another company, and then fund the development for 220 in Mexico to a company which will obtain a chunk of the pie in the US company?
