Fair Enough Ghassan

Unfortunately the Novell slide started well before the slide in other techs today as I posted on this thread in the AM.

Also keep in mind that a correction in the stock market is likely to hit Novell harder than other stocks both because of its recent speculative momentum type run up.

Take away the Bull market and the momentum and what have you got?

Ghassan, that's why I feel the way I do...on top of an overvalued market. I'm on record here as saying I think they're gonna make it, just may be a little more rockiness ahead yet.

regards,

sf

Ghassan, I agree. The stock drop in NOVL is completely related to a general correction in the markets. The tech. stocks seem to be targetted big time. I looked around this morning and every tech stock I looked at has been taking a hit. Some much worse than others.

NOVL has faired quite well considering that the next big news wont be until the NetWare 5 release. I would think there will be un-expected announcements here and there.

To say that ppl predicted this stock to drop because of its own merits is not a fair statement. This stock is down because of the general market, not because of its own doings.

When the correction finishes, this stock will again return to the $11 range until early July.

I would consider the low $10s as a good buying opportunity.
