FWIW, Taylors newsletter never used to charge for recommending a company. Have seen his newsletters on and off for a couple of years--mainly I feel he is too optimistic in all of his assessments of companies. I believe BCMD is the first to have to pay for his coverage, ostensibly he is now charging because his subscriber base is erroding because of low POG and lack of interest in gold and gold mining companies in general--so he had to start charging to stay in business. He has explained this to subscribers prior to the BCMD writeup, and claims he can retain his objectivity--but it is obvious he has to lose credibility. Too bad BCMD couldn't have gotten in before the change--the rec would have carried more weight.

Taylor covered TTRIF when Lionel worked for them--so Lionel has known Jay for years--and has been trying to get him to cover BCMD ever since he started with BCMD--that was one of the first questions I asked Lionel last fall--was he working on Taylor to get a write up on BCMD?
The answer was affirmative--and it has taken 9 months. BTW, I'm not positive Taylor's subscribers have even gotten this writeup yet.
