For the humor or history impaired, that was a play on "taxation without representation" which led to an alcohol-inspired act of disobedience which became known as the Boston Tea Party. P.P.S. More seriously, I was hoping that the Datek Gods might momentarily descend from Mount Iselin and favor us with a small sample of their wisdom to help demystify the partial fill black hole.
