Tom I have no problem with reason. It's just that the bible verse is not as convincing to all. The fact I say it has been reporting pagan myths and sayings of the Oracles is based on provable manuscripts and art carvings and statues. That is easily verified but not by the average person who really doesn't care. The only proof you have is Essene documents who are barely mentioned in the bible. In todays world we have the same thing with truth from the Democrats and truth from Republicans. Both sides put a "spin" on the news of the other. The Romans put a spin on the myths in the same manner and for the same self serving reasons. The bible has been, studied, debated, ever since it originated in Roman days of reign. If there was a historical fact to prove I have found none that are not from one of the Roman family who rewrote myth into history. You cannot prove its existence to scholars who have done extensive research with access to manuscripts we are not permitted to see. Yet you expect me to prove it is not true based on chosen scripture that has been altered by a group of men I hardly call inspired. The things unexplainable are made possible by the reasoning that God is our creator and all things are possible with God. If that were truth we would have been created without sinning capability by a perfect God. God would not need to save his creaton from animal mind or the devil God Satan. Mans creation of Satan as a power against good only confirms to me one thing. God would not create evil.God is love. God does not ask me to use force to do his dirty work on non believers. But true Christians are not asked to. The self appointed Christians believe it justifies killing and abusing of anyone who does not buy their beliefs and submit to their selfish gratification. The church does not a christian make. Children are better informed by loving caring parents more interested in their welfare than living the life of Riley. Children are taught by what they see and hear at home. That is where truth should be demonstrated by action and not just lip service.

Because you do not know your true self. next question will be answered by articles following on Platonic Philosophy. Next question. Unreasonable request. Reason says you prove it true and I will show you proof of its non existence. Both of us cannot be right. Peter did not teach of Christ Hepreached Jesus as the Christ which is what I see here tday. Paul taught the spiritual Christ and never knew the man Jesus. He persecuted Peters type of Christian beliefs until he died. I agree no man was perfect and neither was Jesus. Semantics on perfct here. Jesus was the son of God and so is all humanity. It wasn't a special favor that was earned by perfection. Semantics on perfection. Tom I do want you to accept anything I might post as absolute until it is your judgment of its merits. The next answer re know thyself is an article from a college professor with a P.H.D. degree and to me gives logical as well research reasoning. It will not appear that way to everone. All I can say about it was that most of what I saw was a possibility. All the pieces of the puzzle seemed to fit. I am sure yhou will find some undeniable facts and others you do not accept. Because I feel the same way about the bible doesn't mean I discard thewisdom that appears true to me. Much of it sure rings of conflict with itself. I will have to send this essay in 3 or 4 posts due to SI restrictions. I will label each one Platonic Philosophy so you main tain its continuity.
